      Really needed to read this.. So many valid points that we women overlook.. Creating our own safe space!!! With life family and all else we put ourselves on the back end so much that it seems like a natural thing to do.. Settling boundaries too!! Great read...

        Thank you Pam, so glad you enjoyed the post. Yes, it seems like the norm to put ourselves last, making sure the needs of our loved ones always come first. For me as a new mom, I want my child to value himself and his health and what better way than to be a role model in this area of life. I am a better person in every way when I prioritize my well being x
